CREATIVE COMMUNITY

Dr. Ali Hussain founded the online creative community on the Circle platform in 2025 as a virtual space for artists of all mediums to come together and share their work, network and enroll in monthly live classes and recorded lectures through various paid subscription tiers.

​

Since launching the community in March 2025, the number of members has grown to almost 300 members. The course topics offered thus far includes 'the sacrality of contemporary mythology', a weekly course on maqamat (Arabic musical modalities), a workshop on Dr. Hussain's recent works and various other topics.

​

The community includes a creative reflections section, book club, gallery and other sections where some active members have recently volunteered as moderators.

​

This community represents a milestone and synthesis in Dr. Hussain's decade long journey as a musician and educator on the sacred dimensions of the creative process.
