The Studio of Meaning (SOM) is Dr. Ali Hussain's newest project, representing a culmination of his decades-long work and expertise in Ibn Arabi studies and the intersection of art and spirituality within contemporary culture. 

This project builds on Dr. Hussain's longstanding foundation, consisting of books, articles, and various lectures and workshops he has taught over the past decade, both in-person and online, across the United States and internationally. 

Dr. Hussain aims to continue offering courses on Ibn Arabi virtually, with the goal of developing a core curriculum that trains creatives from all walks of life in the relevant, revenant, and reverent metaphysics of the Andalusian mystic Muhyiddin Ibn al-'Arabi, focusing specifically on contemporary applications. 

We are also excited to enhance the launch of this new project with our presence on Substack, where Dr. Hussain will publish monthly studies focused on Ibn al-'Arabi's teachings.
